The Honourable Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Development, Edo State, Hon. Eugenia Abdallah on behalf the Ministry and staff condone with the Executive Governor of Edo State, Sen. Monday Okpebholo, the Dan Orbih family and the good people of Ogbona, and Etsako Central Local Government Area of Edo State, on the painful passing of Chief Dan Osi Orbih.
