WORLD TEACHERS’ DAY: ATTOH FELICITATES WITH TEACHERS IN NIGERIA AND AROUND THE WORLD.
On this special occasion of Teachers’ Day, I join millions around the world in celebrating the remarkable men and women who have dedicated themselves to one of humanity’s noblest callings.
Teachers are more than educators; they are mentors, role models, nation builders, and custodians of the future. Through their knowledge, patience, sacrifices, and unwavering commitment, they shape young minds, inspire confidence, nurture talents, and equip generations with the values and skills needed to build a better society.
As someone who has personally experienced the impact of good teachers, I understand that their influence often extends far beyond the walls of the classroom. Many of the dreams we dare to pursue today were strengthened by a teacher who believed in us, encouraged us when we doubted ourselves, and challenged us to become better than we thought possible.
To every teacher who continues to teach with passion despite the challenges, who patiently guides the next generation, and who finds fulfilment in seeing others succeed, I celebrate and appreciate you.
Happy Teachers’ Day to all our exceptional teachers in Etsako East LGA, and beyond. Thank you for inspiring minds, building character, and shaping the future.
-Hon. Princess Benedicta Attoh, Former Executive Chairman, Etsako East LGC.
