2027: Tinubu will Campaign on Performance, Not Promises, Says Digital Media Expert Comrade J. A. Odion.
A digital media expert , Comrade J. A. Odion has said President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will showcase his record of achievements in the 2027 presidential election campaign, rather than making promises to the electorate.
The founder of Global Watch Media, stated this in Agenebode while granting press interview over the weekend during the coronation ceremony of the Okumagbe of Uwanno Kingdom, HRH, Francis Alimikhena, on the President’s performance under the RENEWED HOPE AGENDA.
Odion said the president’s first mandate had been justified by projects and programmes across the country, insisting that the administration would seek a fresh mandate on the strength of its performance record.
“The first mandate given to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in 2023 has been very justified in terms of the promises he made, and the deliverables have been very obvious and visible to Nigerians,” he said.
He said the president would take the Renewed Hope Agenda to a higher level if re-elected, adding that Nigerians would be presented with tangible evidence of what the administration had delivered.
He argued that the president’s performance had unsettled the opposition, which he accused of resorting to allegations and narratives disconnected from the realities on the ground.
Odion said the Tinubu administration would not be distracted by political attacks but would remain focused on development, good governance and improving the lives of Nigerians.
He cited the Nelfund, Macro-Economic Stability, Removal of Subsidy, Massive Improvement in Infrastructure, among other things as evidence of growing confidence in the president Bola Ahmed Tinubu led administration.
Odion voiced confidence that Nigerians would judge the administration by its performance when they return to the polls in 2027
