Member representing Esan West Constituency in the Edo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Jonathan Aigbokhan Ibhamawu, has lauded His Excellency, Senator Monday Okpebholo, Executive Governor of Edo State on the joyous occasion of his 56th birthday, while describing him as a man of purpose, statesman and a true leader.
