I will not go to the National Assembly to be quiet. I will advocate, debate, and push for Ovia’s fair share. Whether it is about our highways, our safety, or federal resources, Ovia will be present in every discussion. When issues concerning Ovia arise, I will make sure we are heard.
JOBS AND EMPOWERMENT: TURNING TALK INTO OPPORTUNITIES
Our graduates are done with empty workshops. Our women are done with empty slogans. I will attract federal institutions to set up a Skills and Enterprise Center in Ovia for practical training, working tools, and real seed capital. I will lobby for dedicated federal job placements for Ovia indigenes in Ministries, the Armed Forces, and paramilitary agencies. I will fight for direct grants for market women, artisans, tailors, and farmers. Our people need results, not reasons.
INFRASTRUCTURE AND BASIC SERVICES: GROWTH FOR EVERY COMMUNITY
I will bring federal projects that change lives: good roads that connect our farms to markets, upgraded classrooms for our pupils, well-equipped clinics for our families, and water and electricity initiatives that actually function. From the first ward to the last, no village will be ignored. Progress must cover every part of Ovia.
OPENNESS AND ACCOUNTABILITY: YOU WILL GET REGULAR UPDATES
Leadership without reporting back is betrayal. I will hold “Account to Ovia” meetings every three months. I will release an annual public report of bills sponsored, projects secured, and resources brought in. You are sending me to Abuja. You have a right to know the work being done. Every fund meant for Ovia must serve Ovia.
WHY ME? BECAUSE OVIA IS IN MY BLOOD.
I don’t just come to Ovia. I am from Ovia.
I understand the pain of bad roads.
I understand the struggle to get admission.
I understand mothers giving birth in darkness because the clinic has no light.
I have defended Ovia in the State Assembly. Now I am prepared to take that same fight to Abuja with greater influence, greater reach, and greater resolve.
The kind of Ovia we get tomorrow depends on the decision we make today.
This isn’t about political parties. It’s about your daily survival.
This isn’t about me. It’s about your children’s future.
