DR. AMINU IBRAHIM IMHAFIDOR SYMPATHIZE WITH THE ONWEWEKO OF OKPEKPE KINGDOM AND THE FAMILY OF THE SLAINED KIDNAPPED VICTIMS ALONG EBELE-AMUGHE ROAD
I, Dr. Aminu Ibrahim Imafidor (Honesty) the APC Candidate for the Edo State House of Assembly Etsako East Constituency Mourns the unfortunate killings of Mr. Mathew David and Mr. Ojor Michael by the enemies of the state, This wicked act of the hoodlums calls for thorough investigation and Justice for the souls of the murdered victims.
My dear people of Okpekpe kingdom, I am deeply saddened by this ugly development involving our two brothers, the victims who were earlier kidnapped along Ebelle -Amughe part of the kingdom form part of our youths seen as leaders of tomorrow. It’s particularly painful that two out of the three victims had lost their lives even after a ransom of 3 million naira had been paid.
My heart is indeed very heavy and saddened by this unfortunate act of violence on our good people.
To the families who have lost their loved ones, I extend my sincere and heartfelt condolences to you all. No words can truly capture the depth of this loss and the pains associated with it, but be rest assured that you are not alone in this difficult moment. The hearts of every peace loving member of Etsako East constituency share in your pain especially as no individual or community deserves this kind of wicked act by the hoodlums. We pray that God grant their souls in paradise and also grant the family the fortitude to bear this great loss amin.
However, we must remain resolute in our drive to ensure peace and overall safety of our environment and people. We shall not succumb to living in fear and allow evil and dark elements to win with violence over peace and lawful acts of our people.
It’s on this note that I call on all relevant authorities to act swiftly in restoring peace and order and ensuring that those responsible for this ungodly act are apprehended and brought to justice.
In times like this, we must hold on to one another, have faith in God and his ability to restore peace and hope in our land. Let us continue to remain united, peaceful, hopeful, vigilant, and prayerful. Our strength as a people lies in our unity and resolve to work together for the peace and development of the kingdom. we shall by the grace of God overcome this dark moment and win strongly together with good values as a people who would not be silent by acts of violence and fear.
May God comfort every grieving family, heal the wounded, and restore peace and hope in our land.
