WORLD TEACHERS’ DAY: UGHEOKE LAUDS TEACHERS ACROSS NIGERIA AND THE WORLD.
Happy World Teachers’ Day!
We will always remember the ones who saw potential in us before we saw it in ourselves.
The ones who stayed patient when we struggled.
Who explained the lesson one more time.
Who spoke encouragement right when we wanted to give up.
Who taught us values that went far beyond the chalkboard.
A great teacher doesn’t just teach for a term they become a lasting part of the story we carry into adulthood.
Today, we say a heartfelt THANK YOU to every teacher whose words, grace, and belief still live inside who we have become.
Hon. Joseph Ugheoke, Executive Director, Commercial and Environmental Development, South-South Development Commission (SSDC)
