“Forever in Our Hearts, Forever in Our Memories.”
Today, we pause to remember and celebrate the beautiful life of our dearly beloved Mrs. Henrietta Nibokum Ugheoke, the beloved wife of Hon. Joseph Ayegbeni Ugheoke, Executive Director, Commercial and Environmental Development, South South Development Commission (SSDC), and the former First Lady of Etsako Central Local Government Area.
It is with deep reverence and heartfelt gratitude that we mark one year since her transition to eternal glory in 2025. Though time has passed, the memories of her warmth, kindness, compassion, and unwavering devotion to God, her family, and humanity remain fresh in our hearts.
Mrs. Henrietta Ugheoke was a woman of exceptional grace and quiet strength. She embodied humility, love, generosity, and selfless service, touching countless lives through her gentle spirit and unwavering commitment to the well-being of others. As First Lady of Etsako Central Local Government, she carried herself with dignity and used her position to uplift the vulnerable, encourage women and young people, and promote unity within the community.
To her husband, children, family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her, her absence is deeply felt. Yet, we find comfort in the enduring legacy she left behind—a legacy of faith, compassion, integrity, and unconditional love.
As we commemorate this first anniversary of her passing, we honour not only the life she lived but also the lasting impact she made on everyone she encountered. Her gentle smile, wise counsel, and caring heart continue to inspire those she left behind.
May the Almighty God continue to grant her eternal rest and everlasting peace in His heavenly kingdom. May He also strengthen and comfort Hon. Joseph Ayegbeni Ugheoke, their children, and the entire Ugheoke family with the assurance that those who live righteously never truly depart, for they remain forever alive in the hearts of those they loved.
Rest peacefully, dear Mrs. Henrietta Nibokum Ugheoke.
Forever Loved. Forever Remembered. Forever Missed.
